SIGNS NEOPLASICOS

The physical signs are multiple (objective and verifiable marks of the disease) that can appear in a patient with cancer, many of them are paraneoplásicos signs, the Veterinary Society of Cancer summarized the 7 more important plus signs that they will guide a Clinical one to be made the following question: we are before the cancer?

* Abnormal swellings that persist or continue growing.
* Loss of the Appetite
* Bled or secretion of any corporal cavity
* Badly scent 
* Difficulty to swallow or to eat
* Hesitation to exercise or loss of vigor
* Lethargy or persistent rigidity
* Difficulty to tinkle, to defecate or to breathe

Eye! it can also appear other signs like persistent fever, pain, excessive micción, anemia, etc? depending on the location of the tumor.

SYNDROME PARANEOPLASICO
The paraneoplásico syndrome is the set of signs and symptoms that presents/displays the patient and is the remote effect of the cancer that suffers, most of the signs attend with characteristic sintomatología but single through selective tests of laboratory (it is not question of the indiscriminate accomplishment of analysis) they will be possible to be confirmed.
They can appear one or several associate depending the type on tumor:

* Tumorlike Caquexia (alterations of the metabolism that attends with loss of weight in spite of an suitable nutricional ingestion)
* Hipercalcemia (increase of circulating calcium that produces harmful effects in certain organs, Ej. Kidney)
* Hipocalcemia (diminution of circulating calcium)
* Hipoglucemia (glucose diminution in blood: it attends with neurological signs, weakness, disorientation, etc.) 
* Eritrositosis (by hyperproduction of eritropoyetina it attends with cisculatorios trombosis, problems, insufficiency cardiac, etc.)
* Hormonal production (hormone production very similar to the normal ones with injurious effects)
* Anemia (red globule diminution)
* Fever
* Etc?.
